Today we are going to tell you one such recipe, which is Palak Pudina Sev. It tastes great and this dish will satisfy fast food cravings. It is also nutritious.


2 cups - Spinach
1/2 cup mint leaves
3 – Green chilli
1-inch ginger
1 cup gram flour
1/4 cup rice flour
1 teaspoon chaat masala
1 teaspoon red chilli
salt as per taste

- To make Spinach Mint Sev, first, wash and cut spinach and mint leaves.
- After this, add spinach, mint, green chili, ginger, and salt in the mixer, grind it well, make a smooth paste, and keep it aside.
Now add all the ingredients like gram flour, rice flour, etc. in another bowl and mix well.
Then slowly add spinach mixture into it and prepare a thick batter.

- To make sev, apply oil in the sev mold so that the sev avoids sticking.
Now heat oil in a pan, pour the mixture slowly into the mold and fry the sev thoroughly. Spinach-mint sev is ready.
