Many people at home consume curd daily during lunch. Curd is considered a very beneficial beverage from the point of view of digestion. The taste of food increases with curd. Maida - 1 cup
Oil - 3 tsp
Cumin - 1 tsp
oil for frying
Curd - 1 cup fresh
Black salt - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Sweet Chutney - 2 tbsp
Green Chutney - 1 tbsp
Pomegranate - 1 tbsp
Roasted cumin - 1 tbsp
Red chili powder - 1 tsp
Onion - 1 finely chopped
fine sev
Salt and chaat masala as per taste

To prepare curd papdi, first knead the dough by adding salt, cumin, and oil to the flour.
For this knead soft dough and keep it covered for 20 minutes.
Now make small balls from the dough and roll them into a small but thick poori.
- Heat oil in a pan. Then fry it on low flame till it becomes golden.
Now to prepare the chaat, add salt and sugar to the curd and mix.
Take a plate and first break the papdi in it.

- Put sweet chutney, green coriander chutney, and roasted cumin on it after mashing it a little with your hands.
Now put pomegranate seeds, red chili powder and finely chopped onions on it.
Put sev on top of papdi. Along with this, serve spicy curd papdi chaat.
